Designer Angela Luna, the founder of ADIFF, created The Open Source Fashion Cookbook to democratize sustainable and ethical fashion. With detailed “recipes," including step-by-step illustrations from six contemporary fashion brands, the Cookbook empowers you to make your own clothing from readily available items in your home. All contributing designers submitted one open-sourced design with detailed garment sourcing and assembling instructions for the public to create by utilizing upcycled, accessible materials. The Cookbook includes downloadable patterns and features essays from industry leaders who paint a clearer picture of sustainable fashion and what can be done, both as an industry and as consumers, in order to improve our world. Contributing designers include Raeburn, Chromat, Assembly New York and Zero Waste Wardrobe.
